We specialize in residential and commercial building and remodeling projects for homes, offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.
Phase 1 - Customer RESEARCH
The goal of our initial meeting is to collect information.
Goal: Understanding your vision, budget and the project scope.
Topics for discussion: budget, timeline expectations, and fee structure.
Phase 2 - Design PROPOSAL
A proposal package for your upcoming project will be sent to you for review. Revisions and design changes as needed.
Phase 3 - Design Approval
Design concepts, new layout, and the design selection process is finalized. Floor plans and (Feature)3D models will be provided to envision the new space. FEELING (inspiration for interior decor)
Phase 4 - Planning Strategy
On-site meetings with suppliers; help review approved designs. To create a detailed estimate, contract, and timeline for your upcoming project.
Phase 5 - Follow up
Project Management, Legal [Contracts & Fee schedule]
This meeting's intent will be to answer any questions about the proposal and/or schedule. Approve the estimate, sign a contract, and provide a deposit to secure your project in our schedule.
Phase 6 - CONSTRUCTION
Project Start Day. The schedule is now confirmed, contracts are signed, all building materials and equipment rentals are secure. Construction and site management is now in progress.
